What this website collects, how it's used, and what it doesn't do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, self-assessed health level, tobacco use, coverage amount and term length. Those answers go to a quoting service on the carriers' application platform to return rates, and this website doesn't keep them. You don't give your name, address, phone or email to see quotes. Identical repeated requests may be served from a cache so the quoting service isn't called again.

Applying

If you apply, your answers prefill a secure application run by the carriers' application platform under that platform's own privacy terms. Applications are managed by Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, how you'd like us to reply, a topic and your message. It's delivered by email to the agency; your email is the reply address. This website keeps no copy, no database of submissions and no log of what you said. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website counts page visits using first-party, cookieless measurement served from this domain. No cookies or other identifiers are set; two bytes of your IP address are masked before storage; referring page query strings are removed; raw logs are deleted after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are never measured.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share personal information, use advertising trackers, or load third-party analytics. The only third-party code on this website is the carriers' application platform on the application page, and only if you visit there.
